"Sec. 8. Review.

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."

It's pretty much like most of the legislation that has come from this administration, still a court of law can review it and deem it unconstitutional. The fact that these people in power are still pulling this shit is proof of the stupidity of Americans.
