Talk me out of this TV
Samsung HLT5687SAX 56-inch Slim LED Engine 1080p DLP HDTV

It's rated as one of the best DLP TV's on the market, and has the new LED light engine (20,000 hours FTW), and is $1500

I would love an LCD TV, but in the 50-52" range, I cant find a decent one (1080p, 120hz, from a decent manufacturer) for under $2500

only thing I have ever seen get that kind of contrast ratio is a OLED display.

Samsung has a 500,000:1 which is the besbt LCD on the market.
but the 42" was about 2500 two months ago.

its a plasma not lcd

you cant go wrong with either samsung. i watch both of those models all night while im working my second job at best buy. samsung has some of the best graphics engines in their tv's, you cant go wrong with either jeff
