Anyone here in real estate?

I want to know how buying/bidding on a foreclosure works.

Here's the info I got off google:

Foreclosure #: A200749087
Property Address: 10285 Ventura Street, Commerce City, CO, 80022
Certificate of Purchase to: Citibank, N.A., as Trustee
Purchaser Address: 2780 LAKE VISTA DRIVE, LEWISVILLE, TX, 75067-3884
Bid Amount: $192,380.94
Deficiency Amount: $0.00
Overbid Amount: $0.00

Who would you contact if you want to buy this house?

it's like buying from a person, unless it is an auction, then

you'd deal with their real estate agent, or yours would deal with theirs

As far as I know, it's gonna be auction. I just got done working at the house next door, and the lady told me the guy bought it brand new, and maybe lived in it 2 months out of a year and a half.

not sure but try calling CitiBank, ask for their foreclosure or auction department. You have the foreclosure number already. It might take a few phone calls and a few transfers but it's the same and searching on the interwebz only on the phone.

you from cali? if you are and are familiar wtih Temecula, Murrieta area..you might be able to get something like this for a litlte more than the 192k!

i'm familiar with that area... FUUUUUUUUUUCK that commute... i work in point loma...

i'm already in escrow for this place @$165k which is in san diego, about 30-45min commute with traffic

awesome interest rates right now...might help things out but there are still alot of people who are going to be losing their homes in 2008
