I wouldn't mind a new position, but I don't have any experience in the technical field. I've been involed in residential contruction since I was 16, from design to management I've been there. Would any of these positions require going back through extensive training on my own $ or could I get hooked up with a company that pays for any training while I am working.

Yah we typically look for experience. Most companies are looking to bring in people with background. If I was you I would look into Construction Project managment.

That's what I figured. Unfortuantly the market is down in construction, which means there are plenty of other people also looking for a position with a hole lot more experience then what I have.
