Yeah, well I have not done any weight lifting

or excercise since my bout with pnuemonia in August of 2006. I gained about 30 pounds and feel like a$$. I can't even run with my kids. I decided to start yesterday after having trouble sleeping, breathing and getting cold sweats. It almost sounds like a heart attack but it wasn't. Anyway, my goal is to get back to 170-175.
I am 202 right now. My first leg is to 190, then I'll shave. I may look like a Sasquatch by then, but I hate hair on my face so the motivation is there. At 37, when you take a break from excercising and do nothing, age really catches up to you. Holy crap does is catch up to you fast.

I am doing the Randy Couture workout and by next week I'll be incorporating the Navy Seal workout on the other days. I am sure Broken5hift will keep you informed as well as harping on my face.
