Pr3m smash! (a journal)
everyone else posted their routine so i figured i would too.
Coming off a rest week from a 12 week workout cycle, started this new routine i made up 2 weeks ago. Monday Morning- Biceps/Forearms
Evening-Legs/Abs
Tuesday Morning- Triceps/Back/Calves
Evening-Shoulders/Traps
Wednesday Morning-Biceps/Back/Forearms
Evening-Chest/Legs/Abs
Thursday Morning-
Evening- Triceps/Back/Calves
Friday Morning-

Squats have been omitted because I hurt my shoulder, fucking kills to have the bar sit up there. The other thing it is effecting is some of my free weight exercises, notably dumbbell which I have to go lighter than I'd like on. Sucks but whatever.

wish i could do that :/ i run 4 miles 4-6 times a week and still dont loose any weight
