best way to get motivated?

long story short, im fat ... lolz.

ive been fat my entire life. at one point a year ago or more... i dropped over 40 lbs in 3 months ... intense triaining in the gym, and then i got really sick with the flu or some rivermountain disease... and i haven't been able to get motivated again... any tips?

Getting and staying motivated is the hardest part, some times a work out partner helps with that. Even more so if it is a hot chick.

did you gain the weight back when you got sick? casue kinda the same thing happend to me i lost alot of weight, just through a diet no exercise and then i gained it all back in college im trying to loose it again but it seems harder to do now

same thing happened to me, i got sick of being chunk so i spent 3 months losing 55lbs till i was 178lbs. then over the years ive slowly put it back on and then some. but ive always gone to the gym so i have a lot of muscle now as well.

i know what your talking about though, that spark you need, that drive you have to have. after the loss of my son i got the spark back and im going all out with losing weight and increasing my stregnth at the gym. In the end you just have to want it more than anything else. nothing else matters but getting in shape.
