crap i'm sore

butt secks hurts the day after........... i mean......

well i was lifting with a friend and we thought it'd be fun to see how many sets it would take to bench press a certain weight 100 times. i started with 225 and he started at 135. well i started off way too high. i forget i have no muscle endurance what so ever. so i hammer out 225 18 times which wasnt too hard. then i go 12 then 8. i lowered the weight to 205 cuz there was no way i was gonna get to 100 with 225. well long story short the sets went like this

38 @ 225
31 @ 205
24 @ 185
10 sets total. i tried 175 for the last set, but couldnt lift it off my chest. it sucked. it hurt to get out of bed this morning. wtf was i thinking.

right now i can bench a lil under 400 lbs. the best i've gotten is benching 225 24 times.

A little game we liked to play would be to do our usual bench. Starting with low weights more reps and pyramiding up to heavy weights and few reps. Right after we did our last one the other person would pull the weight off the bar and you had to bench the bar (45lbs.) untill you couldn't lift it anymore. We tried to do this at the end of our workout so we didn't get so many reps, but sometimes it still took a long time till you pooped out. Theres not much that will hit your manhood like not being able to lift a 45 lb. bar off your chest.
