In the video he is using two 25lb weights on a 45lb bar. my buddy told me to start with two 10lb weights on the bar and holy shit. i was dying. it doesnt seem like a lot of weight but not stopping makes this rather simple routine amazingly tough to complete even at such low weights. My usual weight routine consists of super sets and training till failure including benching, arms, legs, chest, shoulders, and back. my normal weight routine lasts around 20-30 mins which splits my 60 minute cardio. Last night i did my 30 min cardio, then went right to coutures routine, did it at 10lb per side and was pretty winded but im used to doing so much more weight on my arms and chest i decided to up the weight to 20lbs per side and i couldnt get through 2 sets of the series without stopping for at least a minute. i had to go back to the 10lbs per side and after the second series was done i didnt know how the fuck i was gonna pull off two more series. i really recommend this routine. MikeR swears by it and as usual he knows what he is talking about. i havent been this sore in weeks ![]()

Fuck you Henry...
I did that workout last night and could only to 3 circuits... I'm sorer than a $2 whore today... That workout is not meant for 40+ year olds period... Unless your Jack-motherfucking-lalain... ![]()
