Better way to do cardio
Johns Hopkins research center recently conducted a test that proved doing 30 mins of cardio with a 20 minute break and then another 30 mins of cardio gave twice the gains and fat loss and doing a straight 60 minute cardio session.
-Muscular Development Magazine i tried this today at the gym, its tough for me because when i went back to do my second 30 min set for cardio i was just as exhausted as when i stopped after the 30 mins. but, i def felt like i was working harder to get the last 30 mins done. just thought id share ![]()

did you do any weight lifting in the break?
The reason I ask is because that is usually my routine at the gym. 30 or so mins of running or elliptical lift weights 30 minutes of bjj drills or boxing drills
