Better way to do cardio

Johns Hopkins research center recently conducted a test that proved doing 30 mins of cardio with a 20 minute break and then another 30 mins of cardio gave twice the gains and fat loss and doing a straight 60 minute cardio session.

i tried this today at the gym, its tough for me because when i went back to do my second 30 min set for cardio i was just as exhausted as when i stopped after the 30 mins. but, i def felt like i was working harder to get the last 30 mins done.

just thought id share

did you do any weight lifting in the break?

The reason I ask is because that is usually my routine at the gym.

30 or so mins of running or elliptical

lift weights

30 minutes of bjj drills or boxing drills

good find. Not that I need to lose weight but could also help for toning.
