Weight Loss
Ok, well most of you guys have seen my gut as of a year and a half ago. I weighted about 205ish then and now im up to 245ish. So needless to say I'm a fat ass and need to drop weight. I hope to get back down to 200ish by the end of the summer. I have dropped 60#s in a summer before so I know I can do this. However, in the process I will be lifting to try to get stronger. I havent lifted seriously in about 4 years and have dropped ALOT of strength. So, if you guyscould suggest methods/supplements to drop the weight while adding muscle it would be greatly appreciated. I will be lifting at a local gym with a friend that has been lifting for a damn long time so I will mostly follow his routine but add anything that would be good for my goals. Thanks.

cardio cardio cardio. i suck at running on the treadmill but running outside is easier for me so i do that.
do what myfault said. in the beginning keep your workouts reasonable, dont try and lift more than you can because you think you have too. dont make the gym a quick stop, make it a planned and well executed part of your day. Dont eat junk, dont put crap into your body. if you need a kick at the gym i recommend NO-Xplode by BSN. i use it all the time and it really helps me keep going at the gym. its like night and day when im on it vs when im not.
