what can 3 weeks up superdrol do?

i never realized how much i changed in 22 days (without even lifting weights).
taking the smallest possible dosage (10mg per day)

i dont have a before pic of my back... but it certainly didnt look like this before

my quads/hammys (which i actually worked out) had significantly better improvements than my upper body.

well i havent been in a gym in ages...
i only play in the sand now.

naturally im not jumping as high in the sand as i was indoor over the winter, but im jumping easily 3-4 inches higher in the sand than i was at the end of last beach season. probably around 33-34 in the sand right now.

well superdrol isnt legal for sale anymore.. but there are a few companies that have put out the exact same product under different names.

I dunno, this kinda stuff scares me. When I read into it, I always see something about "drying" out the joints. My knees are shot as it is so I'm very hesitant about doing stuff like this.

When you were taking this, what support supplements were you taking?
