I was about 270 at 19 after high school and doing low carb got down to around 195 with little to no exercise. It's the only diet that has ever worked for me. But it fucks up your metabolism bad. I can attest to that.

yea the carb up thing on the weekend is usually beer for me. I know that isn't the best thing but I kept losing weight. I realy didn't work out when I was losing weight though I worked and went to school so much I was exhausted. But I was waiting tables so I was on my feet nonstop which from what I read keeps you burning fat.
