Truck Stop Bathroom MOD

need help.
I am getting serious about losing weight, so starting tomorrow, I am going to be walking 2 - 3 miles each morning, and 4-5 miles each night. So between 6-8 miles everyday.
But the thing is, I have no idea what my diet should consist of, so someone make me a menu for the week. I'll let you know what my schedule is so it can be planned around it. I am at home untill 2:45pm every day, so the morning afternoon meals will not be a problem, but after that I am in a truck, so I need something that doesn't need cooked/refridgerated/heating, so I can eat it while I drive. I get home late 9-12pm so I should probably have something to eat before my night walk. Have at it eating gurus. I don't care how shitty it tastes, or how simple it is, or even if it is he same thing every day. I have about 50lbs. (at the very least) that I want to lose, and I want it lost by july 4th. I am even for taking something that will help me to lose the weight fast, as long as I won't fail a drug test. I get federal drug testing randomly, and I can't afford to fail and lose my job. ![]() I will be walking at first, but slowly get into jogging/running more and more. I used to run every day, but I quit and I haven't done it in a while, if I start out heavy, I get some serious shin splints to the point that I can barely even walk on them.

lol,
stoner will respond with good tips. i know what works for me, but it doesnt always work for everyone. the most difficult thing for me to learn was to eat breakfast withing a half hour of walking up. usually i eat 1 egg and 2or 3 eggwhites and oatmeal/toast. sometimes i add some turkey bacon.

What do you like to eat....chicken, fish, beef, eggs, etc?
I love to make a huge things of chicken breasts for like an entire week. That way when ever I want need to eat some BOOM its right there.

personally i would run more than walk. if you're a runner the weight literally melts off and u can basically eat whatever the fuck you want. when i was dieting a big thing i stuck to was drinking nothing but water and lots of it.
running + drinking water = losing lots of weight really fast
