Are you eating 5x a day? I know I read somewhere you still skimp breakfast every now and again. You really need to keep your metabolism up to continue burning fat.

Cr@x... To reduce belly fat you rell need to run. or do some sort of cardio. I would suggest jumping rope if you can. If you can jump rope for 10 mins straight it is like running for over an hour.
food wise you really need to cut out alot of carbs and up protien. also smaller portions and eat at least 5 times a day. It just comes down to how dedicated you are and how much you want to lose.

i recently read you should drink at least 1 cup of ice water when you wake up in the morning because it helps jump start your metabolism. then eat a healthy breakfast.
I also read that you should continue to move around after you go to the gym and that even with a 45 minute cardio workout the real gains are made when you continue to move around after the workout, ie dont go home and sit on a couch. Also, lack of sleep promotes weight gain and demotes weight lose even if your going to the gym. a study showed men who didnt get adequate sleep vs men who did performed poorly in the gym and their bodies produced little to no weight loss compared to the men who were getting 8+ hours of sleep a night.
