The supplements I take....The List!

I know a few of you in the past wondered what the hell it was that I take....now since i have sometime to myself till im busy later heres what I take. I'll try to put them into sections.

Multi - Vitamin
Animal pak - One of the most tried and true multi vitamins out for people who seriously workout(bodybuilders)....as well as one of the few where I can actually tell a difference in myself on days I dont take them....amazing for just a multi vitamin!

Creatine/muscle volume
I use Gaspri Size On or AST micronized creatine. These are 2 HIGHLY reputable forms of creatine. AST micronized is one of the basic forms of creatine along the lines of creapure. Gaspri Size-on is one of the new designer creatines and has been talked about ALOT by many members of the bodybuilding community for good reason...IT WORKS! If you taking a creatine product thats not Micronized or creapure.....id be giving it a serious 2nd thought as many of the others on the market are garbage thats been thrown together thats loaded up on sugar & caffeine.

Controlled labs - Glycergrow. I was very skeptical of this at first but do to the people ive seen use it and much feedback it got from people ive talked to I decided to give it a shot....and damm it does work! Glycergrow makes your muscles fuller and stronger along the lines of creatine but by a somewhat different pathway....when combined with creatine its just that much better.

Whey Protein
Ergopharm GF-Pro - Ive tried so many types of protein out there and this is by far the BEST protein ive ever used and made by one of the most reputable companies in the entire supplement market. Plus I talk to the owner PA on ocassion and is one of the most respected people in the supplement market....he knows his shit let me tell you!

Micellar Protein
On cassein protein - I use this before I go to sleep due to it being a very slow digesting protein which is great for when you sleep so your body gets a nice slow dose of protein.

BCAA's drink/supplement
Xtreme Formulations ICE - This is a great product for getting in your "Branch Chained Amino Acids." I drink this during my workouts and cardio. Among the many benefits of BCAA's one of the most is the fact that it has muscle sparring effects while on a cutting program(dieting). Since incorporating this into my routine I can tell a somewhat difference when I finish my cardio at the end of my workout.....theres so many good things about BCAA"s!!!

Post Workout Drink
Universal labs Torrent - When you finish your workout you want to have a protein drink, carbs, and creatine ready. This has them all in one and is a HIGHLY respected supplement in the bodybuilding world. One of the key ingridents is waxy maize starch which is a GREAT type of carb to have post workout when you need it. Although it only has 3grams of creatine I add my own from above to it for a total post workout drink.

Fat burning/weight loss
EC(A) stack - It works....and works damm good! One of the best legal tried and true stacks to lose weight by many in the field....period!

Other supplements
NOW Fish oil - Theres so many benefits of taking fish oil im only going to list a few here. Fat loss, healthy heart, and helps you with dry joints.

Animal Flex - This is made to help those with dry joints by supplementing with it. Also one of the BEST products made on the market for this purpose bar none. I noticed the effects in the first week....amazing.

NOW cla - Shown to help your body hold onto muslce while cutting....very controversial product by I enjoy it none the less.

Fun stuff....LOL!
Golith Labs Ejaculoid - LOLOLOL!!!! I made a thread quite awhile ago on this. Check it out and you'll see why I use it. I believe i stickied it in the "dirty talk" section.

NOW maca - Great product for helping out your....."three piece set" also one of the key things found in ejaculoid.

Lecithin - Many many uses for it. Helps out the brain, the body, etc. One of the main reasons I take it is along the lines of said thread mentioned above....LOL!

If you have any questions about these products feel free to holla and ask. These are the products I use simply put cuz they are best in the biz at what they do. I know many people in the biz and talk to on ocassion....that goes from bodybuilders to the people who make them like PA...thats one busy dude! I wish I had time off to go to the Arnold classic that was in Ohio but oh well maybe next year.

I'll probably get into talking more about some of the best legal test boosters out there pretty soon in another thread.

To be honest I never really totaled it up....most of the stuff I use last for longer then a month so it varies. Animal pack is great! I pay 20$ for a whole container...??? How much are you paying?

Oh i still have plenty of room for my 2500 - 3000cals plus 1.5 -2 gallons of water a day.

Nah im not on the juice man I just know my shit. Lots of time spent doing research and conversing with the right people. But If I do plan on doing anything of the sort it would be either a superdrol & phera-plex bridge or just fuck it and go for the 12weeker of Test - E with the proper PCT added.
