Nasty Food

I'm trying to think of the nastiest foods around. Right now chorizo and haggis top my list. I'm looking for disgusting ingredients, not how nasty the finished product is, cause I loves me some chorizo.

mudfish is one i remember, durian is another, balut, century egg, taiwanese black seacucumber

balut isn't as bad as dinugu-an. the latter uses pig's blood for the main ingredient, which turns into a black paste once cooked

Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish.

There are many recipes, most of which have in common the following ingredients: sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours.

Chorizo: It often contains varietal parts of the animal, such as cheeks, salivary glands or lymph nodes.

heart/liver/lung isn't nearly as bad as making a soup where the soup is a thick black paste made purely of PIG'S BLOOD
