The Food List...

Ok you fucking retards. I am sick of posting this in different threads.. I will post it in here..

Here is a list of some good foods to eat. I will keep this list going I don't have alot of time today..

Breakfast.
Oatmeal.
Steel cut Oats
Eggs
Canadian Bacon
oatmeal pancakes.. with sugar free syrup (will post recipe need to find it)

Lunch
Salad with Balsamic and extra virgin olive oil and some sort of lean protein
Grilled plain Chicken with Cous cous
Grilled chicken or lean meat with Brown Rice and Broc
Fish with spinach

Dinner
London Broil with Sweet potatoes and veg(broc, asparagus ect)
Filet with Red potatoes and veg(broc, asparagus ect)
Shell fish with veggies or cous cou
Grilled turkey broil with veg and sweet potatoes

Fruit
Apples
Pears
Strawberries
blueberries


Dairy
Low fat cheese like
Land o lakes Reduced fat American
the reduced fat cheese sticks
reduced fat shredded cheese
non fat cottage cheese
Yogurt fat free low sugar.

Fats
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Pam Cooking Spray
I cant believe it's not butter spray or spread
Peanuts
Cashews
Peanut butter but all natural nothing added.

Desert (if you stomach is sensitive to sugar alcohols this will not be fun..
no sugar added fudgsicles
Sugar free pudding
No sugar added ice cream
Try and keep it to 100 cal per day with this ..

i enjoy cinnamon toast crunch right outta the box

but seriously usually for lunch i eat turkey with the diet breads, are those breads just as bad for you?

ugh i dont wanna go back on the boiled chicken and rice diet...id rather be out of shape than go through that again but oatmean pancakes sound delicious

I hate boiled chicken. No clue why you would eat that. Saute or grill never boil. Even broil. Boiled chicken is fucking nasty. Also crock pot cooking is really easy. Throw it in the pot in the morning then by the time you get home from work dinner.

another good salad dressing is dijon mustard mixed with vinegar... depending on the dijon used, its 0 calorie, 0 fat etc. and tastes pretty damn good
