this is a good workout here. i also do alot of shrugs and standing rows when i do shoulders. another really good one to do is hold a dumbell directly out in front of you and rotate it as far as you can in both directions and just burn out on it. it will really work the outer point of your shoulder, and its a really easy workout to do at home even if you dont have dumbells, you can just use something that weighs like 5-15 pounds, like a big book even would work. its not the weight that gives you the workout, its the amount of time that youre holding your arm out there like that which gives the burn.

I do that with a 45lb plate. Call them bus drivers I hold it out in front of me like I am driving a bus..

i know what youre talking about, but thats different. what im talking about you are only rotating your arms individually, not the whole upper body like with the plate. think of it like this, holding a drink out in front of you and just shaking it in a rotational manner... now od that until you cant hold your arms up anymore... and yes, you literally could do this excercise with just a drink... eventually the time will start to burn a hole in your shoulders.

Sorry Jon. Missed your question. This would be a good routine just leave you the push pulls. You could do some cable cross overs instead....
