OMG! If you value your stomach and don't want the squirts avoid this shit at all costs. It's awesome if you are going to work out (gets the blood pumping) but coming off of it I get super bad stomach cramps.

it is not like creatine. It doesn't seem to put on water weight like creatine does. I am able to really focus on my work outs and it gives me great energy. It does take a bit to get used to at first. I have been cycling on and off this stuff for 2 years now.

It does cause cramping cause it will dehydrate you a bit. So you must drink plenty of water. I think it is a great in between from Creatine..

this stuff is amazing, i've used it for years. Most people mix this with creatine because the amount of creatine in it really isnt enough to do anything. Its like adding ginseng to a drink, it does nothing unless in a much larger quantity.

If you stay hydrated NO-Xplode wont cramp you at all. I usually take it before workouts or hockey games and I have never had a problem. The difference while being on it is night and day. your workout will double in productivity.
