Can't connect wirelessly
Can someone help? I just recently got hooked up to the internet here at home but haven't had time to hook it up wirelessly. I tried it tonight and nothing I type in brings up my router to mess with the settings.
I've tried my.router and 192.168.2.1 but i just get the default no page found. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. |

what type of router? most routers are 192.168.1.1 by default. what is your default gateway?
start--> run--> type "cmd" (no quotes) --> hit enter --> type "ipconfig /all" (no quotes) --> hit enter and look for "default gateway" sorry if I'm talking to you like you're stupid.. just trying to narrow down the problem starting with the simplest thing.

I'm curious as to what model you have. I've had my dell router for about 5 years now and its wireless connectivity is taking a shit on me. Luckily I just use it as a switch and use my belkin wireless G router for any wireless connectivity.
