what i did was run behind the bumper cars and go by the fence in the corner. set up all your claymores just behind the bumper car thing because the enemy is too stupid to climp up the bumper car arena or whatever and they always go around it. I hide by the fence with the dragunov and ak and grab the first rpd i can find. there are holes in the fence you can see through and shoot as well. i used the dragunov to kill the idiots jumping out of the helicopers one at a time and the ak/rpd on when they get close. the only drawback is if they find you they will nade the shit out of you, but if you're clever like me, you like that because it gives you more free granades to chuck back and kill them grouped together. when the chopper is there i sprint over, grab mcdouche, and run to the chopper with my fingers crossed. worked for me on veteran.

When you are in their spawn, they come from the battle field and back that alley to get to you, so they are in one concentrated group. Its easier to pick them off.

Was trying that. Every time I ran to get McCock I couldn't survive the trip. Even with my helo crew sitting right in the middle of all the bad guys.

I also tried sitting to McCock's right behind the tree. That worked well, but just one asshole in the wrong spot and your done. I might try this some more. maybe mix in a little C4 trap action.

Ive tried everything on that level. C4 traps, hiding behind the bumper cars, hiding with mcdouche. You always get that one guy who is hiding someplace and lights you up and your dead.

i know the feeling.

are you in prone or walking around? cover really helps, and you don't have to be a hero. i've never seen those guys rush mcdouche so i wouldn't worry about him dying, so just stay behind cover, take out what you can slowly but steadily and you'll be fine.

and if you actually did check my achievements (on the wrong account), then you would have seen that i have beat the game on hardened on that account

It really is rediculous. I mean, half the enemies just appear out of nowhere.

ya, he always got to the carousel without me ever seeing him, so i just check there periodically
