Confessions of a Verizon Sales Rep
Hello and I work for Verizon Wireless. Let me first start by saying don't ever trust a Verizon sales person. All we care about is getting you're money in our pocket and are willing to say just about anything to get you into a contract. Then once you're with us we really could care less about you. We will always push accessories and data services you don't need onto you. That's where we really get paid is on accessories and data services. I always tell customers they need to get the "data plan" or the phone won't work. The only phone that's true for is a blackberry. Otherwise I'm lying. Throughout the course of the day I tell over 50 lies a day. I tell people that Vcast "comes with the phone." It doesn't come with the phone, I just slap it on there and sometimes I don't even tell them about it. I very seldom disclose all the information the customer should know. We sell insurance because we make $1.50 off of it. Insurance is a rip off, $6.00 a month and a $50 dollar deductable. Vcast is the biggest rip off... $15.00 a month and then you have to pay $3 a song. Good deal when I could just rip them off limewire for absolutely no charge and put them on an SD card. But we tell you that you need the Music Essentials kit when you really don't. I just wanted to post this so everyone knows how much of a rip off we are.

lol at you telling me what i already know just from a vzw person....ive dealt with like 5 vzw 3 were cool the others were douches. everytime i go to verizon i get ready for battle here are some good stories (no lies at all) i get very angry there and make there day hell
you wanna get me a storm to help cope with your customer care problems????? |
