Thinking about buying another bike
It's been 10 years since I had my last bike(ZX7R).I'm ready to get another...just need some opinions,I'm not really into the touring bike thing.I weigh 210 lbs soaking wet and want something that is fairly fast...

Fairly fast? A new will put it to an old school zx-7r. If you have been out of the game for 10 years, I would suggest a 600. My preference would be the Suzuki or Yamaha. If you want a middle of the road bike, the only one left is the Suzuki. 150 hp this year, and sweet handling to boot. If you want uber speed, any of the 1000's are fast enough to get you in big trouble faster than you can say, ohgoddamn. If you want something a little different, check out the new Triumph or even a Buell. And if you got money then there is the Aprillia's or Ducati's. It's a buyers market for sportbike lovers.

Someday, after My house is settled, I would like to pick up a busa. I don't hit corners like an animal, and I take longer rides. But I still want a sport bike, so I think the busa is a good choice for me. I also need something with a halfway decent backseat for my wife. The busa is pretty comfy to ride on.

Buy my Mustang instead. It's fairly fast and very reliable.

That's kinda what I'm leaning towards right now.A friend tried to sell me his 99 ZR7 the other day for $2k.He's still trying to grow some skin back from where he layed it down, plus it had a little over 12k miles on it. |

Id get the 636 aove all else....but make sure its an 05/06 cuz the model years prior to that have rough ergos. The newer ones are much better. Ive already made one person I know trade in his 2004 gsxr for a new 636....he rode mine, got off of it and said "SOLD!"
LOL!

Yeah, if you're looking for something new the 636's are tearing shit out bad in the 600 market. If you want something used it's hard to beat a GSXR600/R6, or if you want even older, an F4i
