Stolen Bike in the DFW Area

I know alot of you are from Texas, so I would appreciate it if you could keep your eyes open for my friends bike that was stolen. It's definitely very rare and unique. Thank you. This is what he said -

I need everyone to keep their eyes out for me. My bike was stolen this morning between 2 and 10am in North Dallas. It's a VERY unique bike; mine's the only one like it (that I know of) in the state. It's a 2003 Aprilia Mille R, Haga Replica. It's number 86 of 300 worldwide (approximately 50 left in the US).

there's a BIG bike rally this weekend in galveston. i suggest your friend make the 6hr trip down there to look/ask/snoop around. i'll keep an eye out for it myself (that aprilia should be easy to spot) here in houston. i'll make a few calls also.

auto theft is one of the things that bothers me most....

jacking someone's pride and joy because you're a fucking scumbag who's too cheap to make an honest buck.....

I really hope your friend can track this bike down.

sorry, it's in two weekends. nov. 2-3 but it is in galveston

Lone Star Rally. i think they have a website...

hopefully he has this mess sorted out by then, but if not, the trip would be worth a shot IMO.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but chances are that bike was taken because it is rare....my guess is its already in pieces being sold on ebay or to other places like that....very sad!
