My brother did some work for a guy and got this as payment.

His tow rig

The engine has some timing issues so it won't rev clean *see video*. We're going to attach it to water this weekend so we can dial it in.

Dude, that motor is spooky. So many disconnected and open lines FTL. And is there an engine cover, or is the harmonic balancer doubling as a foot massager?

When my brother took possession it was in complete working order but he insisted on replacing parts and cleaning it up before taking it out.
