then he wrecked.

a few nights ago i was on my way home from mcdonald's in the F40 (raise BS flag now), after having it detailed earlier that day. well, the road is posted 55 but it's 5 lanes plus 2 shoulders of newly paved asphalt, where you can easily and safely cruise at 100+

anyhow, i'm in no hurry really, but after following this bike and car, both driving 50mph, occupying both lanes, i start to get anxious. the biker was in the left lane, an EVO (figures) in the right lane.

it looked like they were gonna race, so i was mildly excited as i dropped fries under the seat. they never did. i get over in the right lane, but the bike speeds up, so i get back behind him, and he slows back down.

FUCK

it was pretty obvious that they were boxing me in so i get back in the right lane, and start squeezing in between the bike and the car. the bike reluctantly starts creeping over, and as soon as i'm clear, i nail it in 2nd and take off. well, i wait for the turbos to spool, then i take off.

the bike tries to pass me so i swerve, and he gets smart and lays off. the EVO was a little braver and decided to flash his lights at me.

HARD on the brakes. evo swerves, tries to pass me. fails.

i take off again, and i shit you not i was 1/4mi ahead of him, and he starts flashing his brights again!!! i guess he thought he won.

so i come to a complete stop and wait for this EVO. he stops about 30yds behind me in the other lane. we sit there for awhile, and then he takes off and passes me. so i follow him, and we're both doing well over 100.

he veers into the turn lane at a red light, and busts a U-turn. he turns onto a side street posted 45, and he kinda loses me as i have to wait for traffic. well, as soon as i get around the truck, i see him sitting at the red light about 1/2mi ahead, waiting to turn left. well, he sees me coming so he turns right instead, and again he tries to outrun me. we get to the feeder of the freeway and he busts another u-turn. well i thought it was a u-turn, but he just braked a little too late to turn into the CVS parking lot. so i follow him, he hauls butt through, then exits the other side. i guess he didnt see the dually, but when he did he swerved into the grass, lost it i guess and clipped the front left of the dually. OWNED

i casually pull up next to them after they've stopped, and honk the fruity horn a few times...
