this summer has pretty much been the suck. not to thread hijack, but my mom just called me to tell me my grandma is in the hospital. she has depression and some pretty bad OCD, so if she doesnt take her medicine she goes off the deep end. Talking gibberish, hallucinating, generally acting strange and it comes in and out at random. Seriously, WTF is going on this year I think every person on this site has had an issue since 09 began

'09 has been pretty good to me. Previous 5 years...not so great.

My wife's mother in malaysia has liver disease (anemia) and requires dialysis frerquently and a complete transfusion soon, that and their business isnt doing hot and one of their cars is broken down, so we sent $5k for a car and my wife has been depressed cuz she is so far from home/family and feels helpless. Sorry to hear about your loss. It is inspiration out there for people like me who have drank and drove in the past. It's not smart and some pay the ultimate price for it, as Brett did. R.I.P.
